World Concern is a global organization that works to eradicate poverty and hunger, promote community development, dig wells and provide clean drinking water. Dr. Valery Shean developed an influential resettlement project in the disrupted village of Karamoja, in northeastern Uganda, and will incorporate solar cooking and water pasteurization into reformatory programs with the Karamojan tribe.
