Veljibhai Desai is an outspoken advocate of decentralized power generation, and is director of TinyTech Plants in Rajkot,Gujarat, India. His background is in law and mechanical engineering. In the early eighties he founded TinyTech Plants, with a plan to promote micro enterprises in various industrial fields.
