The pandemic ecological degradation and the threat of adverse weather variations we are experiencing on a daily basis should be a matter of concern to everybody. If adults seem to be helpless in resolving the situation, methinks, the youths have a very vital role to play in ameliorating the situation to avert a global catastrophe. We all are aware of these threats ranging from deforestation, carbon-monoxide emission, industrial chemical mismanagement, improper and unscientific recycling of harzardous materials. The point is, life expectancy scale is rapidly dropping. We certainly have a way out of this situation. Solar energy developement is the answer. One of our beloved advocates has just released information that solar energy can be generated from the Sahara - enough to supply the energy needs of Europe, Africa, Asia, et cetera. Is this not enough food for thought for the Youths of our time to start thinking of how to join hands in this direction to realise this project; at least for posterity? The world is watching.
