Hi Paul - I saw your comment on the San Fernando Valley Time Exchange website. I am the coordinator and also the solar cooking instructor. Normally, our skills classes are open to members only. However, since I teach the class, I invite the public. I will be scheduling a class in the spring when the weather is sunny and the winds die down. The location will likely be a public park.
