Obviously, that's a bit scrambled to confuse the spambots. The "at" and "dot" should be replaced by the obvious symbols. "Kom" should be spelled with the third letter of the alphabet. "Jee" is the name of a letter, and "male" should be replaced by a word that sounds the same and means "post".
