*'''February 26, 2012:''' Today (Sunday) we made a Solar Cooker presentation and demonstration to a gathering of at least 200 public officials from the district of Ilave- El Collao in the city of ILAVE, about an hour bus ride around Lake Titicaca from Puno, Peru. We cooked yams in two cookers, in spite of partly cloudy conditions. We were honored by the rapt attention, good questions and serious interest.
