the cookie recipe Edit

I made the cookie recipe on a whim to get a feel for using the oven. Worked out great, but found that I needed to either cut the water amount a bit (down to about 1/3 cup or so, or add more flour...). I also added some cinnamon for a flavor boost. I had mine done in just under 40 minutes on an Arizona day... :o)

Love my oven!!!
