SolarShuttle is a funnel-shaped solar cooker. This octagonal cooker is constructed with 8 pieces of cardboard, connected using paper tape. The inner surface of the cooker is laminated with construction aluminum foil to give it a reflective surface.

The reflectors, each measure 20" long, are inclined at 60° to the vertical. It can cook food such as rice, hot dogs, bake cakes, etc. rather effectively. For instance, it can bake a 250g chocolate cake within 1.5 hours. When empty, this cooker can achieve temperatures of up to 120°C. - Allen
