There are so many great reasons to be interested in solar cooking. Not least because of the concerns for our environment and the need to look urgently for any way to reduce our impact upon it.

But the other benefits of cooking with the sun are many. Among them , the ability to relax – or do other things - while sun does it’s work; the sheer variety of foods that can be prepared this way, from soups, stews, pot roasts to bread and for me the most important, the natural flavours of sun cooked food which are second to none.
