The Royal Botanic Garden of Jordan is a non-profit organization founded in 2005. It is located in Tell Ar-Rumman, Al Balqa Governorate, north of Amman, overlooking King Talal Dam in Jordan. The NGO advocates biodiversity conservation at the whole-systems level. As part of this mission they have begun to hold solar cooking workshops to educate the public about solar cooking, and teach participants to make their own solar cookers.
