Roger Bernard is the originator of the Solar Panel Cooker (the forerunner of the CooKit). He also invented the first version of the Nelpa panel cooker, which has developed into the Primrose by Roger Bernard himself. The worldwide rights to distribute the Primrose as DIY kit was given to Mueller Solartechnik. They modified it again slightly to make the kit be shippable by regular parcel post world wide.
