The Ray Grill is a product of the company G. Ray S.A. which was started in the 1960's. The company, incorporated under Swiss law, had its registration number deleted on October 19, 2005. The president of the company was Lyes Zahed Mohammed, an Algerian, who lived in Vernand-Dessous, Switzerland. Chair people were Gertrude and Jacques Lambelet who also lived in Achallens, Switzerland. This existance of this company in the 1960's is evidence that solar cooking has been occuring for quite some time.
