Patrick Fourrier
Patrick Fourrier has worked in the French NGO Association Bolivia Inti - Sud Soleil (BISS) since 2005. In charge of international programs (Africa) and the exchange platform and resources, he designed, funded, and implemented projects in Benin, Guinea, Senegal, Morocco, Chad, and accompanied hundreds of project developers in more than 50 countries on five continents. Previously, Patrick led a technical career (training, engineering) into a center of high-technology design and manufacturing (semiconductors).
