Nguyen Tan Bich is the director of Vietnam Solar Serve. Since 2000, his group has built and distributed many solar cookers and other devices of different designs in Vietnam.

-SolarServe is a solar cooking project for poor families and handicapped workers that provides training through workshops and also builds solar cookers. This non-profitable project is an initiative of Solar Serve with the assistance of the University of DaNang (till 2010). Solar Serve started in 2000 and has so far provided more than 1700 box and parabolic cookers. In the next few years Solar Serve will multiply its production of cookers and research other ways of using solar energy.
