Nguyen Tan Bich is the director of Vietnam Solar Serve. Since 2000, his group has built and distributed many solar cookers and other devices of different designs in Vietnam.

-SolarServe is a solar cooking project for poor families and handicapped workers that provides training through workshops and also builds solar cookers. This non-profitable project is an initiative of Solar Serve with the assistance of the University of DaNang . Solar Serve started in 2000 and has so far provided 1100 families with box solar cookers and 60 families with parabolic cookers. In the next few yeas Solar Serve will multiply its production of cookers and research the use of through-the-wall solar cookers.
