The Magadi Cultural Group is located in Nairobi, Kenya, and has been promoting solar cooking among the semi-nomadic Maasai population in the region. The groups founder is Lepantas Leshore, a practicing nurse and community health and development worker. They bagan teaching solar cooking in 2000. The group is seeking sponsorship for their programs focussing on the Maasai.
