Lorenzo Rosenzweig, Director of the Mexican Foundation for the Protection of Nature is also the Mexican partner for Solar Household Energy, Inc. In 2007 he formally assumed management of HotPot distribution and training in Mexico. Sr. Rosenzweig has been aggressively spreading solar cooking technology throughout the country where an estimated 3,000 HotPots have already been distributed.
