Least of These International (LOTI) introduced solar cooking technology to the Itigi, Singida and Dodoma areas if Tanzania in the summer of 2007. Their goal is to help alleviate poverty and curb deforestation in the area by instructing villagers to on the use, maintenance, and manufacture of solar cookers.
