Kevin Adair is the director of Force of the Sun, an Triple Bottom Line company that is building Sun Ovens in the Dominican Republic for distribution in Central America and Caribbean. Force of the Sun is partnering with other eco-groups for social, environmental, and sustainable manufacturing, including the Dominican NGO Grupo Jaragua. Kevin is also the founder of El Fuego del Sol Geotourism Ecovillage http://www.elfuegodelsol.com in the Dominican Republic which offers a wide variety of beneficial tourism experiences in the DR and Haiti, including Fair Trade chocolate tours, and the traditional Dominican food Solar Banquets on the Island of Hispanola.
