Jean-Claude Pulfer is French engineer, and a partner (with professor Martin Almada) in leading the Fundación Celestina Pérez de Almada and the Center for Solar Energy (CEDESOL) in Paraguay. He has helped to provide solar cookers and Solar food dryers to schools.
