The Instituto de Acondicionamiento Ambiental (IAA-UNT) at the School of Architecture, National University of Tucumán has been involved in the dissemination of solar cookers since 2000. Their work developed from a 1999 project with the Brace Research Institute from the University of McGill, Canada.
