Solar Cooking in the Sierra Gorda Biosphere Reserve
Dedicated to the preservation of natural resources in the Sierra Gorda Biosphere Reserve, Querétaro State, Mexico, the Grupo Ecologico Sierra Gorda is the founding member of the Sierra Gorda Conservation Alliance. GESG seeks to change culture to embrace the values, technology, and skills of conservation through innovation and sustainable practices.
