I want to make a box cooker out of wood and glass. Can I use frosted glass or does it have to be clear? Also since this glass that I have is fairly thick do I still need two pieces with a space between or can I just use one piece? 161.184.48.179 16:37, 20 July 2007 (UTC)

Frosted glass would slow down cooking, but would probably still work in some situations. The glass doesn't have to be thick. Tempered glass is best. There is very little need for double panes of glass. See Glazing. Tom Sponheim 18:50, 20 July 2007 (UTC)
