Luagu Hatuadi Waduheñu (For the Health of Our Peoples) runs a health clinic in Ciriboya, Honduras promoted by Bill Camp, Executive Secretary with the Sacramento Central Labor Council. This project also incorporates training in the use of solar cookers for cooking and water pasteurization. The CooKits used in this project were originally provided to the community by SCI Board member Sotiris Kolokotronis. SCI staff provided orientation in how to use the CooKits. A second delivery of CooKits has been added to the project.
