The hot steam from the preassure cooker shows that the water temperature is well above 120 C. This high temperature and preassure shortens cooking time with 50%, giving solar cooking a new flavor. By steam cooking, you can cook all kinds of vegetables or meat without loosing important vitamins and flavor to the water.

The Wide Double Funnel Cooker cooks from 0,830 in the morning to 1,530 in the afternoon in equatorial zone.

Thechnically area of this cooker is about 1,3 square meters, and optimal effect on a 22cm wide and 14 cm high cooking pot is calculated to be 1,200W.
