very popular in India. The technology developed in processing the recipe of the bars is
studied in its Physico-Chemical properties, Nutritional facts and Organoleptic properties. To
further improve the nutritional values Mango bar and Guava bars, they are fortified with proteins of
whey, soya and peas, Beta-carotene with carrot blending, ascorbic acid (Vitamin-C) and
