I wanted to show you that you can actually use half of a large turkey oven bag to actually cap over the bowl, or the aluminum roaster and use more like an oven, being able to put several pans of food inside the pans themselves, instead of just putting the food in a bag, then placing in the pans. Since the bowl and roaster pans have "lips" around the top, I realized one can simply cap the roasting bag over the whole pan and fasten simply with clothes pins. I tucked the bag down between the rim of the pan and reflector, the reflector actually acted as a way to press the bag down and seal it nicely.
I can now get several pans of food in one cooker now, using it like an oven.
I put a rack on the top of the pans so that the plastic wouldn't be touching the black pots and melt holes in them.
This technique works great for any kind of cooking, whether its casseroles, breads and meats because it reaches very high temps.
I used older bags that had been used last year and were getting a bit wore, but once I realized I could squeeze more life out of them by simply cutting them open on the side, cutting apart at the bottom, I had two sides that could be used on the two cookers.
