Summary

This cool cooker, by Sharon Cousins, is both a cute cooker-crafting idea and the beginnings of prototype work on solar cookers that will work better in humid environments than cookers made of cardboard. The orange base is a plastic party demi-tub. Lined with foil, the plastic never gets hot. Pot must be on rack or upside-down pyrex pie plate and will need an oven bag over the pot or some other 'greenhouse' arrangement. Back vertical reflector is foil glued to posterboard.
