Summary

Here are two solar cooking devices I have made in an effort to get the world off the grid.

They are both made from barbeque grills.

The solar dish concentrator is an ordinary TV dish with scraps of chrome mirror decal material, and is attached to a charcoal grill frame. It gets extremely hot and will generate a vigorous boil. It can produce quite a lot of steam.

The oven has one of those windsheild reflector/dashboard protectors inside of it, and is the bottom of a recycled gas grill. It easily reaches temperatures of 200+.

Just today I have made some improvements to the tv dish cooker. I made an verticle angle adjuster with a curved wire and a clamp with a wingnut and bolt. Simply turn the cart to aim the horizontal. These things need to be all over the world as fast as possible. Send me your old satellite dishes and grill carts, and your windows.
