The Educooker 003 is a panel cooker created by Professor Yuichi Nakajo. It was designed with year-round cooking at middle latitude countries in mind, such as Professor Nakajo's home country of Japan. Its original intention was to be an educational tool, but has since been used for everyday cooking.
