The side of the street where Ed and Rachelle were hosting Project Greenhouse only had sunshine from 9:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. – but that didn’t prevent his solar oven from reaching an internal temperature of over 225 degrees, even though the outside temp was only 18 degrees! It was hot organic tea for everyone until the tea pot was empty each morning! People couldn’t believe it when the steaming pot was removed from the box!
