Earth Passengers, is an NGO in Taiwan which aims to educate the public on green issues that include consuming local food, turning off lights, planting trees, farming rooftop vegetable gardens to cool indoor temperatures, and solar cooking. Peter Morehead and Chiang Hui-i are two of its leaders. Earth Passengers has taught hundreds of teachers about solar cookers uses including cooking, pasteurizing, food processing, candlemaking, and wood drying, and has sold 40 solar cookers.
