Benjamin Brown is the founder of Earth Apprentice, Solar Cooking in Michigan. He is an advocate for solar cooking locally, giving workshops on cooking and building CooKitsolar cookers, and Benjamin also has connected funding organizations to help Solar Cookers International and fund a village solar cooker project in Haiti. His family frequently use their solar cookers at their home in Michigan, USA, including a successful challenge to prepare every meal with solar cooking for the month of April 2012.
