Agnes Klingshirn

Agnes Klingshirn, Ph.D., headed the Household Energy section of the Technical Aid Program of the German government (GTZ) and is a renowned expert in fuel efficient stoves and solar cookers, still frequently consulting. A recent major study was to evaluate solar cookers programs in China for GTZ.
