1. If you are creating a country page from scratch, enter the following substitution tag into the blank country page edit box: {{Subst:CountryPage}}
2. Preview the page and verify that a number of headings appear in place of your substitution tag.
3. Then click the Save Page button to execute the substitution.
4. Click the "Edit" tab again and fill in whatever information you were planning to add.
